Rope Swing and Garden Waters

Robyn took us to this great place that was tucked away.  The kids found an awesome rope                                                    swing and just enjoyed the warm weather.

More Austin Fun

 Playing in the rain.

The kids rigged up this idea to make a zip line.  They were first trying it out with a sack of rocks, just to make sure it was safe to send somebody down.  After hours and hours of tweaking and such it turned out that this wasn't really safe to send actual bodies down, not without some damage that is.  However, it did provide some fun memories.

Austin Texas

At the airport waiting for our flight to Austin Texas to see our cousins.

We were picked up and wisked off to this awesome restaurant overlooking Lake Travis.  Todd came a few days later, but had fun with uncle Tyler. (just in case you thought that was Todd)

So happy to meet my new nephew Jake and always happy to see Robyn!!
Outside the restaurant is this guy who did an amazing characture of my kids,

 Yay...Mons cousins.

Cali no sooner said that this place looks like Beauty and the Beasts castle when a lady randomly came up and handed her a flower in a balloon...like the one from the movie.

Something that I feel is unique to Texas, is food out of trailers.  This is Gourdough's and they serve the best donuts ever with like a trillon options. Yum!

Carter at Scout Camp

I got to go and help for one of the days at scout camp.  I love being involved with this easy going guy.

Seriously what boy doesn't like shooting arrow and BB guns.

Here is Carter earning his Wolf patch.  I was lucky enough to be the Wolf leader while he was age 8.:)
