Oct 20 2008.Cali Ann Mons my little girl came into this world at 9:54 am. It was a joyous moment. We will now have a little more estrogen in the family and I am sure that Jessica is happy about that. I must admit she is already wrapping me around her finger and she has not even said dada. (I am sure that will be her first word.)
She weighed in at 6lb and 14oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. I am going to post a few pictures now and for those of you who have never seen a birth via C-section I have posted a video. It is actually really cool.

I want to cry. Don't get me wrong, she is the most darling little thing. I just can't believe I'm not there to love on her. This stinks!

Congrats Mons! We had 2 boys and then a girl too! So much fun! She is gorgeous! I'll have to tell Brad to watch the video. I'm sure he hasn't forgotten his days on his OB rotations. ;)

Okay, so I decided to stalk your blog for the first time, little did I know I'd see the inside of your UTERUS!
I can't believe they let you video the procedure...I've never seen that before! I'm sitting here wiping away tears, that was amazing.
Anyway-I'll try not to stalk you too much. Maybe just the occasional jump from Kari's blog. CONGRATULATIONS on your baby, she is beautiful!
