So, last night the kids and I were heading home from a friends house. We turn into our neighborhood and there next to the round about leading to my house is a huge snake like the picture above, I think really bigger actually. I pull up really close and turn on the brights, the kids get out of their seat belts and we look at it and decide that it is still alive. We back up and I run the thing over, as we go over the bump we all scream, now just to be sure I drive around the round about 2 more times and run the sucker over. Whew, that felt good but freaked me out at the same time.We get home and Todd has already gotten home from the priesthood session. I tell him, get in the car I have to show you the rattle snake we just ran over. He says, "yeah Jess I seen it and it looks like it was already dead, and I thought to myself I bet Jess runs that snake over on her way home." Boy was he right, and I am pretty sure it was still alive.
I'm hoping it will be another year before I see another one!

You mean snake killer you. It looks like you got a lot out of conference. Maybe Todd should tell you about Pres Monson's talk on anger. Wait a minute, Todd went to priesthood session??? Good job buddy.
All I can say is disgusting! I can't believe you drove over the thing. You're brave. I have a hard time stepping on spiders. I shuddered when I read that.

Haaaaaa! I can totally see you all screaming as you run it over!!! Just the thought of it makes me creapy crawly!
