The past few months Todd has been training for the Salt Lake City marathon, and I for the 5K. It was a whirlwind trip, but very fun! My FAVORITE time of year is spring, and my favorite place to see the tulips is temple square.
We could not have picked a more beautiful day.

On to the race. I waited about a mile out from the finishline for Todd. After about 1 1/2 of waiting there he was.
I ran through the doors at Pacific Union in time to see him pass by the finishline from the second floor of the Gateway.
Way to go Todd.
Colleen and Chris got there about 2 minutes after he passed the finishline, still nice to have the support though.
I was pretty proud of the fact that I ran almost the entire 5K, it doesn't seem like a lot to a lot of people, but for me its quite the accomplishment.
My mom has instilled a desire in my boys to take up piano. Only one problem, I have no piano. I will be hitting Craigslist.
Little Addision Mae was born the day I arrived. Oh and isn't she lovely.
Last night as we were sitting outside after our long drive home, I asked my kids what their favorite part of the trip was, and they both said "that new baby girl."

I definitely left Utah, wanting MORE!! Although, Todd told me if I whine as much as I did this trip about everything I miss about Utah he won't take me back to visit. So, this is the last thing I'll say, I LOVE UTAH, and everything that comes with it, except maybe the cold!

Todd, why don't you vicariously run a marathon for me... I could lose a good 15 pounds of law school weight.
It was so fun to have you guys up. Lara sure loved playing with Cali! Sorry I did not end up running with you but I will run one this year or well maybe next.
Looks like alot of fun!! Cute pics! Congrats on the marathon! Ya Chanelle found a piano on Craigslist. Fun times!! I love Utah too! But there are times I'd really like to go to Arizona to be warmer & more sun. Looks like you had a fun stay!!
