Special Visitors!

So a few months back tickets went on a super sale to Tucson. I called and got mom and dads credit card and booked them in for 8 days. They were a bit shocked when they found out how long I had them staying. I was so excited!

From the first time I went to Bedrocks bowling and arcade, I knew my dad had to come and play Deal or No Deal. I was right, he loved it. However, I do think it added a few worry wrinkles. He took the game as serious as I thought he would.
Hopefully nobody else in the building wanted a turn because he didn't move. We all took turns, my mom won the most at 100 tickets.

My mom and I shopped our little booties off. She bought this doggie for Cali at Claires. Cali loves it so much it goes to bed with her each night. Cali warmed right up to my parents and was a sweatheart to be around this trip.

Each year Tucson hold the worlds largest gem show. (rocks and minerals) We headed downtown to check it out. If I were still into doing watches I would have spent some major bucks here.
Check out those magnetic rocks. (Todd did the fashioning of earrings)

Grandma and Tanner could have stayed for days.

I told Todd he needs one of these crystal balls for his desk at work, so when people ask him what the market will do next he would just have to consult his crystal ball.

It was a mere 73 degrees this day.

Seriously what am I going do with this girls hair?

Green grass probably looks strange to ya'll whose lawns are covered in snow.

I feel like my dad got shafted a bit this trip. Cali would go down for a nap at 10:30, at which point my mom and I would head for the stores and Grandpa got to watch movies all day. He enjoys relaxing that way, but next time we are going to Tombstone for sure.

Embarrassing tidbit, we are all into this seasons "Bachelor"! I had chocolate roses on my parents bed so my dad asked my mom if she would accept this rose. My parents are so romantic I feel like I need to head to the dentist from all the sweeet cavities I got this trip.
Of course she accepted.

On to frost....
Each time I gotta taste at least 5 new flavors.

Yum! Thanks so much for coming, we had so much fun with you here! I still don't feel like you stayed long enough, next time we will make it 2 weeks.

Jessica and Todd, I am hoping you read your comments frequently, b/c I don't have your e-mail addresses. I just wanted to thank you for the gift card. Stacy and I had fun last Saturday at The Olive Garden.
