Fall Break Fun

The kids were out of school for a whole week for Fall Break. Yeah me, I was ready for some time off with the kids.

Where else can you run through the sprinklers in the middle of October? These came on down the street at our park. They were down there playing, and ran through with all their clothes on first then came home and put on their swimsuits as an afterthought.

Not sure what Tanner is doing here, Todd took the pictures and was down there with the kids.

Onto the zoo. I love our zoo, nice and on the small side. Best time of year to do it too.

My kids favorite thing to do this time of year is put up the spider web, and also booing neighbors, leaving a treat and running. Which will be tomorrow night, so watch out.

Dad's work is downtown. Always a special treat to get together with dad for lunch.
There is the funnest pumpkin stand downtown on Broadway. They have a small petting zoo there as well.
A girl after my own heart.

This is her new posing smiley face. I can't say its the cutest smile, but I'll take it.

We scored 3 great pumpkins to carve for the Ward Halloween Party.

Finally, on Friday my friend Brookelle and I took the kids to the Ostrich Farm off of I-10. We had a blast. See that truck behind me, we went for a tour and boy did it get wild. It had my blood pumping.

Cali was the bravest of all the kids. She would stick her hand right in their mouth.

What a fun time we had. By the end my kids were asking if they could skip school and be home schooled. Um let me think about that .... No, I love you but No!

Whenever I think that my life can't get any worse, I see Todd on a motorcycle, I get jealous, and then my life is worse.

Fall break, It doesn't look like fall break except for the Pumkin patch. You guys are in shorts! Looks like lots of fun. Brave little girl, sticking her hand that close to an animals mouth.
