Back in Utah for a week of Summer Vacation

First of all I know picture overload and I apologize, but truly I cannot pick which ones to leave out.
We haven't been in town more than 5 minutes when somebody needs help.  Just teasing Kelsey we were thrilled to help you move in.  I can say that I wasn't the one doing the heavy lifting.
Kelsey and Chris bought this great house in West Jordan and when I say West oh I do mean West.  We are happy for you guys and seriously the house is a gem.

Chillin before church.
LAGOON anyone!  Grandma, Grandpa, Kelsey, Chris, Trent and Candice joined us for a day at Lagoon.
While everyone else went on Wicked I stayed with my youngest two and we did kid rides.  They loved it and I did too, got me out of going on Wicked.
I love watching them do the rides and sit where I sat when my parents took me when I was their age.

Puff, awwww my kind of roller coaster.

This is Grandpa post Wicked, sick and willing to stay with sleeping Cali.  Todd thought Grandpa might just fall asleep so he tied a few bags to the stroller.  It would not be a quick getaway with my baby girl.
I can't lie this picture that my mom took is quite deceiving.  It appears that we are a sweet family enjoying a nice cold huge icee on a hot day.  Not so my friends.  I bought this for Carter and I when I thought Todd and Tanner would be gone a while on a ride and Cali wasn't paying attention.  Next thing I know I am fighting for my life to get a little bit of the cold stuff in my own mouth.  We paid $4 for the thing and half of it ended up on the ground.  The all mighty death grip on this baby and if you look at Todd he's just given up.

But, oh we had fun.  What a handsome man my dad is.
That's me with the poncho I bought off some lady in line holding my shoes so nothing I mean nothing on me gets wet.  I don't like to get wet unless I'm in a swimsuit.
My dad on the other hand rode the thing like 10 times.

We seriously liked Lagoon so much that we bounced back 2 days later and did it all over again, this time however we did Lagoona Beach too.

 The Gateway Childrens Museum.
These girls are my kind of shop til you drop ladies.
Miss Kaitlyn made me the best sandwich ever!

Todd and his sister Kari.

Girls being girls.  Trent made that kitchen nook for Kinnedi and these girls played for a while, in style that is.  Check out those heels.

Helping out Grandma Mons with a planned yard project.
This is a classic boys being boys picture.  These boys worked their tan tooshie's off too.
We had lunch with Grandma Lavon.
And, then back to the pool for some swim action.

Trent and Candice were gracious hosts as always and made us feel really welcome.  At the end of the trip Trent thought he would score some awesome uncle points.  My boys LOVE lego's and so does uncle Trent.  So, some that he doesn't use anymore are still in boxes and he gave Tanner a sack and said Tanner go put this in the garbage.  Tanner being who he is needs to inspect all garbage going out for fear that something is being thrown away that he could use to build something.  To his great surprise like 5 new lego sets.  To say that the boys were excited is an understatment.  Thanks uncle Trent!
