So I'm a little behind on updating some things that have happened last month.

Tanner's season of football has come to an end. It was a good season and I think he learned a lot, he had an awesome team and an awesome coach. One day while I was watching him at practice he got to play center. Not knowing that is the name of the position, we came home and I told Todd that his son got to play hiker. Todd said you mean center, I said no he yells "hike," therefore he is the hiker....I stand corrected.

One of Tanner's strengths is that he is a really fast runner. He and I raced at the park the other day and he came in a hair ahead of me. I was completely winded and I could fib and say I let him win but sadly it isn't true.

This is one of Tanners teammates sisters Ashlyn. She and Carter are best buddies at church, preshool and yes even watching endless football games and practices.
So I gotta say putting kids in sports is a huge sacrafice of our Saturdays. I would be lying if I said I am not welcoming a few weeks break before baseball and swimming lesson start up.
SPRING BREAK

One of the spring break days was St Patricks day. The kids put out their shoes the night before and leprachans come and put something in their shoes. This year it was a whole package of green andes mints.

We put on green shirts and headed over to Peter Piper Pizza for some pizza and fun. A trip like this isn't complete until we trade in all our hard earned tickets for some treasures aka junk at the prize counter.

Most mornings we took advantage of staying in jammies a little longer.

One day we went over to the park for an organized lunch and bounce house party.

Here Cali's favorite gal pal Phoebe.
The weather was perfect and we had a good time. I am really looking forward to this summer. Well maybe not the heat but luckily the kids and I are skipping town for a total of 4 weeks this summer. Can't wait!
